ATV Tours
There's no better way to experience Northwest Colorado's breathtaking scenery during the summer than on your own world-class ATV. Explore majestic views of the surrounding mountains and lakes in the Routt National Forest. Steamboat Lake OutfittersAbout: Guided ATV tours go up in elevation riding historical Hahn's Peak in the Routt National Forest. Experience breathtaking views of Pearl Lake, Steamboat Lake State Park, Hahn's Peak Lake and the majestic Mount Zirkel Wilderness. ATVs allow the whole family to experience the incredible views, wildflowers and wildlife. All tours are guided by qualified tour guides for your safety and enjoyment. All drivers must be 16 years of age with valid drivers license. Double rider machines are Polaris Rangers with automatic transmissions. Rates for Double Rider Machines are a flat rate, whether there is a passenger or not. Single rider machines are Honda 250's with automatic transmissions. All tour packages include safety and riding instruction, training course, helmet and goggles. Location: We are located in the Steamboat Lake area, near Hahn’s Peak Village. Driving Directions: Take US40 west through Steamboat. When you see signs for Clark and Hahn’s Peak, turn right. You will be on RCR 129 (Elk River Road). Continue going north for 24 miles. Steamboat Lake Outfitters is on the right-hand side of the road near Hahn’s Peak Village. Hours: The ride times are 9:00am, 11:30am, 2:00pm and 4:00pm for 2 hour rides.
